Returns and Exchanges

Returns policy

If you change your mind for any reason within 30 days of receiving your order, we offer full refunds with the following exceptions:

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds for earrings. Please choose carefully.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are not eligible for a refund. However, items purchased using promotional or discount codes are eligible.

Returns process

To initiate a return, please contact us at brie@lilydiacollections.com. Once your return request is confirmed, please send the item(s) back within 14 days.

  • Ensure that items are unworn, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to prevent any issues during transit.
  • Note: Returns that are damaged or lost during return shipping will not be accepted. The responsibility lies with the customer.

Upon receiving and reviewing the returned items, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 48 hours.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure the safe return of your items.

Exchanges policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different style, please follow the returns process outlined above. Once the return is completed, place a new order for the item(s) you would like instead.

Faulty items returns

If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us at brie@lilydiacollections.com with your order number and images of the fault. Our team will review your request and work to resolve the issue as a priority.
