PACKAGING
Do you offer gift wrapping
All jewellery pieces are presented in a LILY DIA keepsake box or pouch. If you have a gift message or special request, please include it in the ‘IS THIS A GIFT’ section in the shopping cart preview panel when you add items to your cart
How will my order be packaged
Your new jewellery will arrive in a beautifully crafted LILY DIA box, designed to be a keepsake and re-used
Our boxes are made from cardboard, which can be recycled. If you order multiple pieces, we'll try to pack them together to reduce waste. Each order is wrapped in acid-free tissue paper and includes a custom polishing cloth to keep your jewellery looking its best
Delivered in a custom postage box, we want your unboxing experience to feel like a flower blooming, with each layer of packaging unfolding like petals to reveal the beauty inside. Just as a flower brings joy and wonder, we hope opening your LILY DIA jewellery brings you the same sense of delight and anticipation

Do you ship internationally
At this time we only ship within Australia, We're aiming to be available to other countries in the future (watch this space)
How much does shipping cost
- Standard shipping (3 - 5 days) is $4.99 AUD or free for orders of $100 or over
- Express shipping (1 - 3 days) is $8.99 AUD or free for orders of $200 or over
When will my order arrive
Once your order is processed, your order should arrive within 3 - 5 business days for standard shipping and 1 - 3 business days for express shipping
I entered the wrong address, how can I change it
Please double check your address prior to completing checkout. But if you do need to change your address and your order has not yet been shipped, please email us at brie@lilydiacollections.com
Is a signature required upon delivery of my order
We recommend updating your order in the Australia Post app to authorise no signature on your delivery
Please note LILY DIA are not responsible for any stolen packages on signature-free deliveries

How do I process a return
Please make sure pieces are returned in original condition within 30 days of receiving your order. Please read our full Returns Policy here
How do I exchange my jewellery piece
Sadly, we can’t facilitate exchanges via our website. We invite you to return your item back for a refund, so you are able to place a new order

Can I return a sale item
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale pieces unless faulty. All sale items are marked as final sale on the product page under each product description

I have received a faulty item, what should I do
We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing a fault with your LILY DIA jewellery piece
Please initiate a return by contacting brie@lilydiacollections.com with the following information within 30 days of receiving your piece/s:
- Your order number
- An image that clearly outlines the fault
WARRANTY
Does my jewellery piece come with warranty
All jewellery pieces come with a 12-month warranty when accompanied by proof of purchase
This covers manufacturing faults and defects. It does not cover accidental breakage and general wear and tear, such as scratches, tarnishing, or fading

What materials do you use
LILY DIA jewellery is designed to be worn everyday and crafted for durability
Each piece features 18K gold PVD plating on stainless steel, ensuring they are waterproof and hypoallergenic
What does gold plating mean
Gold plating involves applying a thin layer of gold (0.05% or less) over a base metal like stainless steel, sterling silver or brass, creating gold-plated jewellery
Gold plating mimics the appearance of solid gold, but costs only a fraction of the price, making it a more affordable option
Looks great, feels great, priced great
What does PVD gold plating mean
Gold plating and PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating are two different processes
Gold plating involves electroplating a thin layer of gold onto a base metal for a gold-like appearance
PVD coating is a more durable process where a thin layer of gold is vaporised and condensed onto the base metal like stainless steel in a vacuum, resulting in a tougher and longer-lasting coating compared to traditional plating methods
When stainless steel is used as the base metal for PVD coating, the jewellery can be highly water-resistant and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for everyday wear and ideal for those with sensitive skin

How do I look after my jewellery
Please remember all metal is susceptible to natural wear and will eventually oxidise, fade or require maintenance over time
To maintain your gold plated jewellery, here are a few tips:
- Every now and then, gently use your LILY DIA polishing cloth (included in your order)
- Allow perfumes, lotions and body / hair sprays to dry before putting on your jewellery
- Pat dry after swimming, showering or exercising

Storing your jewellery
We recommend storing your LILY DIA pieces in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Humidity and heat may cause tarnishing over time. The best place to store your jewellery is in a jewellery box
